Ingredients:
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil (anti-inflammatory and improves circulation)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic (natural painkiller and anti-inflammatory)
- 5-6 cloves (relieves muscle and joint pain)
Instructions:
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves slightly to release their natural oils.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pan over low heat (do not let it boil).
- Add the garlic and whole cloves and let them infuse in the oil for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Strain the oil and store it in a glass jar.
