Incorporate the Apples: Add the apple cubes to the batter and gently stir to distribute them evenly.

Prepare the Pan: Line the pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the Dough: Transfer the batter to the pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
Bake: Bake at 180°C (160°C if fan-assisted) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the surface browns too much, cover with aluminum foil.
Cool: Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on the pan.
5. Storing the Ace Cake
Ace Cake keeps well at room temperature for 3-4 days, covered with cling film or in an airtight container. You can also freeze it: once it has cooled, put it in a food bag and put it in the freezer. When you want to enjoy it, just let it defrost at room temperature.
