Ingredients :
2 eggs (soft-boiled or medium-boiled)
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sautéed
1/2 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed or sautéed
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning (or sesame + garlic flakes)
Salt & pepper, to taste
