Raspberry Lemon Cake Recipe

🧁 Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 1/4 cups (150g) fresh raspberries (or frozen, not thawed)

  • 1 tbsp flour (to toss with berries)

Optional Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
