1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon finely grated sweet onion
1 jar containing 4 ounces of diced pimientos, drained, with 1 tablespoon of the juice reserved
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
